Common questions
How much is delivery?
A flat $5.95, or free once your basket passes $50. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day ship the same day, and arrive in one to two days after that.
Can I return something I've used?
Yes. Thirty days from delivery, used or not, as long as you still have the packaging. We refund the item and the outbound delivery; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, in which case we cover it. Because orders are paid in cash, refunds go out by bank transfer — the full rules are on the refunds page.
The photo looks different to what arrived
Tell us and we'll replace it or refund you. We use the supplier's photograph of the exact item, but colours and pack sizes occasionally change between production runs.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, on every order. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives, in cash, for the exact total on your confirmation email. We do not take cards and will never ask for card details by phone or email.
Are the discounts real?
The crossed-out price is what the item sells for when it isn't reduced, and the percentage is the difference between the two figures. Nothing is inflated first.
Do you ship outside the US?
To the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and the Netherlands. Rates are calculated at checkout and duties are paid by the recipient.
Where's my order?
Tracking is emailed when the label prints. You can also look up an order number on your order confirmation email.
